Nicholas Hartney, EA

Since 2003 Nicholas Hartney (Nick) has represented taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. He has successfully represented several hundred clients, both businesses, and individuals.  He became an IRS Enrolled Agent in 2007, allowing him to represent taxpayers in all 50 states and abroad. He is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents.  

In 2014 Nick moved to Frankfurt, Germany with his wife Nina where he gained invaluable knowledge and experience on the various aspects of taxation on expatriates and the military.
